Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

We try to offer the most cost effective and safest ways to ship our Merchandise to you.  We ship our books through USPS Media Mail, combined with custom packaging to protect your purchase.  This allows us to safely ship your purchase without heavy shipping costs.  A shipping cost is added to each order based on number of books purchased. Orders may take 5-8 business days to be received. If expedited shipping is needed please contact us at: support@truckopolis.com.  Products can only be shipped within the United States of America. 

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled any time before the shipping confirmation is emailed. A cancellation request should emailed to: support@truckopolis.com.  Please review the Shipping Policy prior to placing your order.  If a shipping confirmation has already been sent, please refer to the Return Policy to return the item. 

RETURN POLICY

Customer may return any unopened Merchandise for a refund of the purchase price of the Merchandise plus any applicable taxes to the Customer’s original form of payment, so long as the Customer notifies us within thirty (30) days of purchase of such Merchandise.  All Merchandise must be returned unopened and in its original condition.  Books will be considered opened once the plastic wrap is removed so please keep the plastic on if you intend to return the book.  Refunds for returned Merchandise will be provided following our receipt and review of the returned Merchandise.  Shipping and processing fees will not be refunded.  Customers will be required to arrange for and cover the costs of shipping returned Merchandise.  

If Merchandise is damaged in the shipping process, the Customer may contact us at: support@truckopolis.com for a replacement.  We generally require return of the damaged Merchandise in the original box before providing the replacement.   

EXCHANGE POLICY

If a Customer needs to exchange apparel for a different size, the Customer may contact us at: support@truckopolis.com for assistance. All apparel must be returned in its original condition. Customers will be required to arrange for and cover the costs of shipping returned apparel.

GIFT RETURN POLICY

Please contact us at: support@truckopolis.com if you would like to return a gift. All Merchandise must be returned with the original gift receipt and unopened and in its original condition, within thirty (30) days of purchase. Books will be considered opened once the plastic wrap is removed. Customers will be required to arrange for and cover the costs of shipping returned Merchandise.  The refund for the returned Merchandise will be provided following receipt.
